Sweet Potato and Chickpea Puree

What you need:

· 1 small, cooked sweet potato

· 2 tbsp chickpeas

· 1 tbsp milk

How to:

1. If you used dried chickpeas, prepare them by boiling until soft according to the directions on the package. For canned chickpeas drain and rinse well.

2. Puree the ingredients together until they form a thick paste. For a more ‘whipped’ texture, add a little more milk until the puree is the desired consistency.
